Waste Management Scheme

The Waste Management Scheme in Haryana provides financial support to industries, especially in the ESDM (Electronics System Design & Manufacturing) sector, to adopt sustainable practices. It encourages eco‑friendly collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal of waste.

Quantum of Assistance

  • Subsidy: Up to 50% of project cost (Machinery + Equipment).
  • Land/Building: Capped at 25% of project cost.
  • Maximum Cap: ₹50 crore for e‑waste management and recovery projects in the ESDM sector.

Eligibility

New ultra‑mega, mega, large, and MSME units in the ESDM sector across Haryana are eligible. Units must hold IEM/Udyam Registration and necessary NOC/CLU.

Methodology & Procedure

Assistance is released in three tranches (25%, 25%, 50%) based on expenditure milestones. Applications must be filed on the departmental portal within three months of equipment installation.

Wealth Design LLP guides units on eligibility, prepares applications, structures project costs, and ensures compliance to secure maximum support for green investment projects.
