Market Development Assistance Scheme (MDA)

The revised MDA Scheme under Haryana Enterprises & Employment Policy-2020 supports Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in accessing new markets by subsidizing participation costs in national and international exhibitions.

Quantum of Assistance

Reimbursement covers space, transport, display, stand costs (75%), and airfare/boarding expenses.

  • International Exhibitions: Max ₹5.5 Lakh (Assistance up to ₹4 Lakh + Airfare up to ₹1.5 Lakh).
  • National Exhibitions: Max ₹3.75 Lakh (Assistance up to ₹3 Lakh + Boarding up to ₹75,000).
  • Frequency: Reimbursement for one national and one international exhibition annually.

Eligibility

  • MSEs with valid Udyam Registration and Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM).
  • Must be in active commercial production.
  • ZED Certification is required for international shows.

Procedure

Applications must be submitted within 3 months of the exhibition closure. Appeals are allowed within 30 days of rejection.
