Under the Haryana Electric Vehicle Policy‑2022, this scheme reimburses patent‑related expenses to promote innovation in EVs, components, and charging infrastructure.
Quantum of Assistance
The scheme reimburses 100% of actual expenses on patent registration (filing, consultancy, search, maintenance, publishing) up to ₹25 lakh per unit for one patent.
Eligibility Criteria
- EV, EV component, and charging‑infrastructure manufacturers.
- Must use the patented technology in commercial production.
- Unit must not be on the state restrictive list.
Application Process
Applications are filed online with Udyam Registration and proof of patent expenditures. Wealth Design LLP assists in compiling documentation and filing accurate applications to ensure full reimbursement.
